Good evening everyone,

Unfortunately my bulk option to add everyone to their groups failed and deleted some access. Sorry to anyone affected who I haven’t fixed.

The easiest way to get everyone in their groups quickly is for you to request to join yourself.

From our main page, tap on the gear symbol in the top right corner, then select “Access Groups”. Select the team you want to join and then complete the next screen. Once you submit that, an admin will approve your access.

Over the next few days I will check everyone’s access and make sure you have the correct teams. There is no training this week so that will give everyone time to join TeamApp and communicate before training begins next week (hopefully!).

If you weren’t able to attend your Team Organisation Day, I will add you to the correct teams this week and you will be able to find out when training is. Please don’t email me to ask as my inbox is already overflowing. I will work through it all as quickly as possible around work and personal commitments.
